Learn to cook seasonal, regional specialties under the guidance of our chef, while sipping wine and nibbling tapenades. From entree to plat to delicious desserts, come prepare astonishingly good cuisine in lively good company. Then eat á table what you've prepared.

The instructor is Frederic Texier. A chef, a Frenchman married to an American, Freddy was an expat in Spain where he worked as the head chef at the acclaimed restaurant Jardin Español. He is now head chef at the resort Le Pavillon, a division of Crea Langue. "When you cook, you are involved in the French culture in an intimate way. Especially in Provence, with cooking you meet so many people from the terroir and people who love food. Cooking is a universal language of bringing people together." |
